Well its been a while since my last post. Life has put brewing on the back burner for the past few months…….but on Sunday I managed to squeeze in a pale ale brew day.

Im hoping for lots of tropical fruit and a strong malt presence to back it up!  Anyway it’s fermenting away nicely in the fermenting fridge and hopefully should be ready for the dry hops by the weekend.
